Rental Conditions

• Duration of stay : 6 months minimum

• Booking confirmation : (to be wire transfered at the time of your booking to confirm your reservation (will be credited against your first month rental when you arrive in Paris).

• Security Deposit : 1 month

• Payment is required on day of arrival, upon the signature of final rental contract, to cover the cost of any damage, breakage.

  • Security deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided that there are no damage and if the apartment is left in clean condition.

• Insurance will be necessary once you arrive in Paris according to the law. Insurance cost is usually less than 80 € for a full year for a student. We can assist you to fulfill this legal obligation.

• Payment will be due in advance quarter by quarter. ( 3months)

Please be ready to provide in the futur by email all documents needed for your application :

• copy of your passport,

• contract wth your school or with your employer,

• last “quittance de loyer”,

• Bank Account information,

• Guarantor's name address and email
